Yoga provides great benefits, but only you know your own body and limits. Strength and flexibility can change from day to day so please remember to listen to your body, only pushing as far as feels comfortable to you.

$120 for each 8 week series or $15 cash per drop in class. 25% discount will be applied when signing up for 2 or more sessions per week, and paid in full at time of registration.
