My gentle and restorative classes are designed to challenge and bring a sense of awareness to both body and mind. Keeping things fun and light, I weave personal experiences and corny jokes (that I may be the only one laughing at) into each session. 

Whether it's your first time stepping onto the yoga mat or you have been practicing for years, I want to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, and the community, all while having fun.
